Use warm water and a neutral cleaning liquid to wash the clay pot and lid, then dry with a soft cloth; do not immerse the heating element in water.
When first powered on, a brief odor may appear; use a grounded three‑wire socket, do not exceed 80 % of the pot’s capacity, and avoid using the pot on unstable surfaces.
Turn the knob to “武火” (high fire) or “文火” (low fire) to begin cooking; turn it to “保温” for keep‑warm, and to “基” to stop.
