This document describes a new type of solar thermal power system. The system uses a large area of solar photovoltaic panels to convert solar energy into electricity. The electricity is stored in batteries for future use. The system also includes a heat exchanger that converts the electricity in the batteries into heat energy. The heat energy is used to heat water or air. The system can operate without electricity.
