About this manual

The K/KP series™ includes two models: the K series, which is unsheathed, and the KP series, which is sheathed in epoxy for high humidity resistance. Both are high‑intensity inductance coils designed for switched‑mode power supplies, RFI filters, and pretuned circuits.

The series provides a wide range of inductance values from 10 µH to 68 mH, with corresponding current ratings and SRF values. Features include a ferrite core, operating temperature from –20 °C to +80 °C, and approximate weights of 30 g (K) and 45 g (KP).

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the K and KP series?

The K series is unsheathed, while the KP series is sheathed in epoxy for higher humidity resistance.

What is the operating temperature range of the inductors?

They operate from –20 °C up to +80 °C.

What is the approximate weight of the K series inductors?

Approximately 30 g.

What material is used for the core of the inductors?

The core material is ferrite.
