This document describes the features and characteristics of the TDA21211 6x6 QFN high-performance DrMOS product produced by Infineon Technologies AG. It is an Intel compliant DrMOS product that integrates power MOSFET and driver functions. The product is suitable for synchronous buck-step down voltage applications, with a maximum average current of 35A, a wide input voltage range of +5V to +30V, and other features. It is suitable for applications such as memory, voltage modules, CPU/GPU regulation, single phase and multi-phase POL, network and telecom processor.
