Press the blue button (marked #) to start the stirrer at high speed without heating; hold the button for 3 seconds to run the stirrer at low speed. After about one minute the milk becomes frothy and ready to serve.
Rinse the appliance with cold water, let water sit in the jug for a few minutes, then wipe with a cloth. Do not immerse the device in water or use abrasive cleaners.
