ELAN EM78P153E OTP ROM Manual

EM78P153E is a low-power, high-performance 8-bit microprocessor in the EM78 series, manufactured using CMOS technology. It has a 512*13-bit Electrical One Time Programmable Read Only Memory (OTP-ROM), which provides a protection bit to prevent intrusion of user’s code in the OTP memory as well as 15 OPTION bits to match user’s requirements.
