Only flat‑bottomed steel cookware with a diameter of 12 cm to 20 cm is compatible; ceramic, glass, aluminum, or non‑flat cookware should not be used.
Check that the power plug is securely connected, the correct cookware is placed at the centre of the ceramic plate, the ambient temperature is not too high, and that the protection device has not been triggered; then restart the unit.
