PR21 Process Refractometer is a process instrument for direct installation in pipelines and boilers. It is ideal for process monitoring, control and product separation in the chemical, beverage, food, pulp and paper, and sugar industries.
The PR21 process refractometer is designed for direct installation in pipelines and tanks, enabling process monitoring, control, and product separation in chemical, beverage, food, pulp‑paper, sugar, textile, metal‑working, petrochemical and wastewater industries. Installation is simplified by standard connections, with T‑stubs or welded adapters depending on pipe diameter.
The IR10 model offers a high‑precision refractive‑index measurement with a touch‑screen interface, fast 2‑second measurement time, and optional analog 4‑20 mA output. Both models support temperature compensation, IP65 protection, and can be integrated via CAN‑bus, Ethernet or analog interfaces. This manual is written in German.
