This manual introduces the use of SOR level switches, including working principle, pressure port connection, electrical wiring, pneumatic connection and hysteresis.
The SOR liquid level switch uses magnetic transmission to detect liquid level changes. A rising liquid lifts a float or spring‑loaded submersible tube, moving a magnetic short tube into a magnetic field to trigger the circuit, while a falling level reverses the process. The magnetic coupling isolates the permanent magnet from the process liquid, preventing corrosion and debris buildup.
The guide covers proper pipe connection, vertical alignment, electrical wiring, pneumatic connections, hysteresis adjustment (especially for the 700 series), regular maintenance procedures, troubleshooting steps, and after‑sales service information, including warranty and spare‑part replacement. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Maximum recommended medium temperature for external float | 232 °C |
|---|---|
| Standard gasket part number | P/N 3070-015 |
| High‑pressure/high‑temperature gasket part number | P/N 3070-014 |
| Electrical interface rotation capability | 360° |
Adjust the suspension rope and move the submersible tube to set the hysteresis for the 700 series large submersible type.
Ensure that the power supply is disconnected before opening the switch housing to avoid personal injury or property damage.
