USB-7410 Hardware Manual

USB-7410 is a remote thermocouple acquisition module, suitable for various industrial sites. It can collect 16 K, E, S, T, N type thermocouples, with cold end compensation, and convert them into corresponding temperature values. It also measures 0 ~ 5mV, 0 ~ 50mV and 0 ~ 500mV small signals and 0 ~ 2.5V through USB, RS232, RS485 three kinds of interface methods, and real-time communication with the upper computer.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the board not communicate after being installed?

Check that the connection cables are correct and that the serial port settings follow the manual; if communication still fails, return the unit for repair.

Why are temperature readings excessively high during acquisition?

Test the signal input to verify voltage values; if the signal is abnormal, the unit should be returned for repair.
