E1 indicates two spin‑imbalance events that cannot be auto‑corrected; you need to evenly distribute the laundry and close the lid before the machine will continue.
Press the time‑reservation button; each press adds one hour up to a maximum of 12 hours. The display shows the reserved time and the machine will start the wash when the reservation ends.
E3 means the drain time exceeded five minutes; check that the drain hose is lowered, not blocked or frozen, then open and close the lid once to resume operation.
