GeneCore Taq Gold HS DNA Polymerase User Manual

GeneCore Taq Gold HS DNA Polymaras is a thermostable, 94kDa recombinant DNA polymerase encoded by a modified Thermus aquaticus DNA polymerase gene, with a strict thermal start-up ability. It can sensitively detect low-copy DNA and effectively reduce primer dimers and non-specific amplification. PCR products can be directly cloned into T-Vector.

About this manual

GeneCore Taq Gold HS DNA Polymerase is a heat‑activated recombinant DNA polymerase (94 kDa) derived from Thermus aquaticus, designed for sensitive PCR amplification with reduced primer‑dimer formation. The manual describes its properties, recommended storage, and the components supplied.

The document is organized into sections covering storage and stability, an introduction to the enzyme, component list, enzymatic properties, required but not supplied materials, detailed DNA amplification protocols (reaction mix preparation, template handling, temperature cycling, and optimization), and a troubleshooting guide for common PCR issues. This manual is written in Chinese.

Frequently asked questions

How should GeneCore Taq Gold HS be stored?

Store the enzyme immediately at –20 °C after receipt.

What amount of enzyme should be added to a 50 µL PCR reaction?

Use 0.2 U per reaction as a starting point; for higher yield you can increase to about 1.25 U per reaction.

What should I do if the PCR product is weak or absent?

Increase enzyme concentration, raise Mg²⁺ concentration, adjust annealing temperature, or increase the number of cycles as described in the troubleshooting section.
