QWF-2A single limit universal digital temperature controller adopts American single chip microcomputer as the main controller, which is stable and reliable. The temperature sensor adopts NTC thermistor of Japan shiba company. The two digit digital tube displays the temperature. The measuring range is from 0 ° C to 99 ° C, with an accuracy of ±1 ° C. The control temperature setting range is 0 ° C-99 ° C (according to the application requirements, the temperature setting range can be modified by the manufacturer). When the actual temperature (higher than) is equal to the set temperature, it will automatically stop the heating system (or turn on the cooling). When the temperature is lower than the set temperature by 1 ° C, the heating system (or the cooling) is automatically turned on. When the temperature exceeds this temperature range (99 ° C), the alarm prompt “HH” is given. When the temperature is lower than this temperature range (0 ° C), the alarm prompt “LL” is given.
About this manual
This document provides the necessary information to install and set up the WP-2A digital temperature controller. It describes wiring, power requirements, and mounting guidelines to ensure reliable temperature measurement and control.
Operating instructions cover temperature setting, relay behavior, alarm indications, and after‑sales service. The controller uses a microcontroller, an NTC sensor, and a relay rated for 16 A (≥2500 W) to regulate heating and cooling based on the programmed set point. This manual is written in Chinese.
