Bo Chun MHTM Series Humidifier User Manual

The MHTM series humidifier is a shell and tube water vapor exchanger that provides water vapor transfer between a liquid water supply and a flowing gas stream. Water is absorbed into the Nafion® tube walls and converted to dry gas. A differential in the vapor pressure across the face of the Nafion® tubes facilitates the transfer.

About this manual

The MHTM series humidifier uses a shell‑tube water‑exchange principle where liquid water is supplied to the Nafion® tube wall and converted into dry airflow. The device relies on a partial pressure difference of water vapor to achieve this conversion.

The manual provides specifications, installation warnings (e.g., never let the Nafion tube dry out), performance data, and detailed procedures for suction and circulating supply methods, as well as step‑by‑step instructions for rotating T‑shaped fittings, assembly, and disassembly using basic hand tools. This manual is written in Chinese.
