About this manual

The Kangsheng 78L/79L series regulator tester measures output voltage, linear regulation, load regulation, static current, and input‑output voltage difference of 78L and 79L three‑terminal regulators. It supports both manual testing with a test box and automatic testing via a robotic sorting system.

The device includes programmable precision voltage source, programmable electronic load, high‑speed test chip, indicator LEDs, a three‑section LCD, and a full set of switches and keyboard functions for selecting test items, modes, and parameters. Connections for the test unit, common bus, and robotic hand interface are provided. This manual is written in Chinese.

Frequently asked questions

Which regulator series can be tested with this instrument?

The tester can evaluate 78L and 79L series three‑terminal voltage regulators.

How is the input‑output voltage difference measured?

A programmable voltage source sets a voltage, the electronic load draws a current, and the difference between the input voltage and the measured output voltage is calculated.

What indicator LEDs are shown on the front panel?

The front panel includes LEDs for COUNT, RESULT, CONDITION, LIMIT, OFF, SETUP, TESTING, AUTO, MANUAL, CALIBRATION, and others to display status of the test and parameters.
