MSP430QFP64 development board is a low-power development board based on MSP430F149 chip launched by zoglab. It has two low-power RS232 interfaces, a level-type buzzer circuit, a LED indicator circuit, a TI standard 14-pin JTAG emulator interface, a TI/ZOGLAB 10-pin BSL programmer interface selection jumper, a standard RC reset circuit, an additional manual reset circuit, and an optional IMP809R reset chip.
The MSP430QFP64 development board is built around the TI MSP430F149 microcontroller and offers two low‑power RS232 ports, a LED indicator, a level‑type buzzer, a standard 14‑pin JTAG interface, and selectable 10‑pin BSL programming interfaces. The board includes all I/O pins brought out to headers, a standard reset circuit with optional IMP809R reset chip, and power supply options for 3.3 V external input.
The manual details each connector, jumper settings (JP1‑JP4) for reset, LED, and buzzer functions, and provides a schematic and component list. It also describes example debugging using TI example code, and explains how to select the appropriate BSL programming port via jumper JP2. This manual is written in Chinese.

It provides two low‑power RS232 interfaces.
The board uses the TI MSP430F149 microcontroller as its core MCU.
Use jumper JP2: short the TI‑marked pins for the TI BSL port or short the ZOGLAB‑marked pins for the ZOGLAB BSL port.
The board operates from 1.8 V to 3.6 V.
