Open Settings > About phone > Reset your phone and confirm, or hold the Volume Up and Down buttons while pressing Power, then follow the on‑screen instructions.
Remove the back cover, take out the battery, place the SIM with gold contacts down and the cut‑off corner out, then slide it fully into the slot.
