Use the supplied AC adapter with a DC input of 12 V / 1 A / 12 W, made by Asian Power Devices INC. (model WA12I12R).
Turn off the tablet and unplug all power sources, then gently wipe the screen with a slightly damp soft, lint‑free cloth. Do not spray liquid directly on the screen.
Open Settings → “SD card & device storage” and select “Unmount SD card” before physically removing the card.
