HP-408-R Body Induction Module Relay Output User Manual
HP-408-R human body sensing module (DC sensing switch) manual, based on infrared technology, automatic control products, high sensitivity, strong reliability, widely used in various types of automatic sensing electrical appliances. Has automatic sensing, two trigger modes, has sensing blocking time, adjustable delay time and other features.
The HP-408-R is an infrared‑based human body induction module with a relay output. It offers fully automatic sensing, two selectable trigger modes (repeatable and non‑repeatable), and an adjustable delay that can be set from fractions of a second up to 30 minutes. The module works on a DC12 V supply (customizable to other voltages) and consumes less than 50 µA in standby.
Installation notes advise avoiding direct light on the lens and strong airflow, as these can cause false triggers. The sensor uses a dual‑element rectangular window and a circular lens to provide a wide detection angle, with a typical range of 3‑5 m (up to 8 m with larger lenses). Delay time is set via a knob, and the relay contacts can handle up to 10 A. This manual is written in Chinese.
