Singa SGG2 Series IGBT Module Datasheet

The SGG2 series 150A1200V IGBT module is a kind of IGBT module produced by Weihai Xinjia Electronic Co., Ltd. It has SPT chip technology, MOS input control, ultra-thin IGBT chip, lower VCE (sat) saturation voltage, higher switching frequency and lower switching loss, higher anti-short circuit capability, optimized EMC characteristics, large creepage distance design of the module, and DBC insulation voltage greater than 2500VRMS. Typical applications include AC and DC motor control, inverters, UPS, industrial heating power supplies, and welding machines.
