WPER-116GN is a wireless Mini PCI Express module that supports IEEE 802.11 b/g/n standard. It features low power consumption, high performance, and enhanced wireless security. It is based on the Ralink RT3090 solution and supports data rates up to 150Mbps, making it ideal for high-end notebooks.
The WPER-116GN module uses the Ralink RT3090 chipset and a half‑size Mini PCI Express interface to deliver high‑performance 802.11b/g/n wireless connectivity up to 150 Mbps. It supports 64/128‑bit WEP, WPA, WPA2 and 802.1x security, and works with Windows 2000/XP/Vista and Linux drivers.
Designed for industrial PCs, networking equipment, medical devices, POS systems and gaming machines, the module features a single‑band 2.4 GHz design, a U.FL antenna connector, and a compact 26.6 mm × 30 mm × 3.5 mm form factor. It operates from 3.3 V or 1.5 V with low power consumption and a temperature range of –20 °C to 85 °C (storage).
