About this manual

The 4PH phosphine sensor from SUNSTAR is a three‑electrode gas detector designed for safety monitoring of phosphine. It provides a nominal detection range of 0‑5 ppm and can tolerate up to 20 ppm overload. The sensor is calibrated for a temperature range of –20 °C to +50 °C and operates at atmospheric pressure with a ±10 % tolerance.

Performance data are based on tests at 20 °C, 50 % RH and 1013 mBar. The device has an expected operating life of two years in air, a bias voltage that is not required, and a linear output signal of 1.7 + 0.3 HAP ppm. Cross‑interfering gases such as arsine, sulphur dioxide, silane, diborane, germane and carbon monoxide are listed with typical response levels. This manual is written in Chinese.
