The CHTM-02/NA model provides an output voltage range of 0 to 3 V.
The sensor can measure humidity from 0 % to 100 % RH.
Recommended operating conditions are 0‑30 °C temperature and 60‑90 % RH humidity.
Connect pin 1 to +5 V, pin 2 to the humidity output (yellow), pin 3 to ground (black), and pin 4 to the temperature output (green).
