This document introduces the EA15A3H generator automatic voltage regulator board from Taiwan Kutai Company. The board is suitable for self-excited brushless generators and has features such as voltage adjustment rate less than ±1%, suitable for 220/380/440VAC brushless generators, and low-frequency protection and voltage slow build-up functions.
The EA15A3H is a universal automatic voltage regulator (AVR) designed for self‑excited brush‑less generators. It supports 220/380/440 VAC three‑phase input, offers three‑phase voltage detection, and delivers a continuous output current of 15 A (up to 20 A for 10 s). Frequency can be set to 50 Hz or 60 Hz by bridging copper plates, and the unit includes low‑frequency protection and a slow voltage‑ramp function.
Key technical parameters include a voltage adjustment rate of less than ±1 %, a voltage‑ramp time of 2 seconds, maximum power consumption of 8 W, and physical dimensions of 150 × 135 × 72 mm weighing about 867 g. The regulator also provides external voltage adjustment via a 1 kΩ, 1 W potentiometer with a ±15 % range. This manual is written in Chinese.
