The HMW60 and HMW70 series are wall‑mounted temperature‑humidity transmitters designed for HVAC applications. They offer high accuracy (±2 %RH), long‑term stability, and optional temperature compensation. Three variants are available: U‑type (humidity only), Y‑type (humidity and temperature) and T‑type (temperature only).
The manual describes on‑site quick calibration using a handheld HM70 or HMI41 instrument and a potentiometer, outlines power and signal options (4‑20 mA for HMW60, selectable 0‑1 V/0‑5 V/0‑10 V for HMW70), and lists environmental ratings such as IP30 and UL94‑HB fire protection. Use a Vaisala handheld HM70 or HMI41 humidity meter together with a potentiometer; calibration can be completed in a few seconds without interfering with operation.
The HMW60 provides a true 4‑20 mA two‑wire output, while the HMW70 offers selectable voltage outputs of 0‑1 V, 0‑5 V or 0‑10 V.
The transmitter achieves an accuracy of ±2 %RH.
