Fairchild FXLH1T45 Low Voltage 1‑Bit Bi‑directional Level Translator Datasheet

The FXLH1T45 is a low voltage 1-bit bi-directional level translator with configurable voltage supplies and bushold data inputs. It allows for bi-directional interface between any two levels from 1.1V to 3.6V. The device is fully configurable and the inputs track the VCC level. It has non-preferential power-up sequencing and power off protection. The outputs remain in 3-STATE until the active VCC level is reached. It also has bushold on data inputs to eliminate the need for external pull-up/pull-down resistors. The control input levels are referenced to the VCCA voltage. The device is packaged in the MicroPak 6 and has ESD protections exceeding various standards.
