Open the battery/SD‑card compartment, insert the battery in the correct orientation, press it down until it locks, and then close the compartment.
The camera supports SD cards of 64 MB, 128 MB, 256 MB, 512 MB, 1 GB, 2 GB and 4 GB, including SDHC cards from Panasonic, Toshiba and SanDisk.
When the battery is charging, the charger’s LED indicator glows red; it turns green when charging is complete.
The camera can capture images up to 3584 × 2688 pixels (10 MP).
