This document describes the performance characteristics of 4P-50 CiTipeL®, including the range of gases detected, operating voltage, operating current, poison resistance, H2S filter lifetime, output sensitivity, response time, linear to long term sensitivity drift, and long term zero drift.
The 4P-50 CiTipeL is a combustible‑gas sensor designed for detecting a range of gases and vapours. It operates at 4.25 V DC with a detector current of 56 ± 6 mA and offers a poison resistance of up to 1000 ppm·hr for H₂S. Output sensitivity is 37 ± 7 mV per % methane, with a response time of less than 20 seconds for methane and linearity up to 3 % methane.
The sensor complies with CSA UL and European EN standards for hazardous locations (Class 1, Groups ABCD). It carries a 12‑month warranty from the date of dispatch and includes a disclaimer that performance data are for guidance only and may change without notice. This manual is written in Chinese.
