HE461B/HEM461B/HES461B integrated broadband amplifier is a RF/microwave integrated amplifier produced by HBMMC company. The frequency range is 10 to 1000MHz. It adopts active bias design to provide temperature compensation. It adopts standard fully sealed tube shell packaging and meets military working conditions: -55℃ to +85℃.
