Takara PrimeSTAR HS DNA Polymerase with GC Buffer User Manual

PrimeSTAR® HS DNA Polymerase with GC Buffer is used for high-fidelity amplification of complex secondary structure DNA templates (GC rich, repetitive sequences, etc.) and has a strong 3′→5′ Exonuclease activity and high amplification efficiency superior to Taq DNA Polymerase. This product can play a strong role in the PCR reaction requiring high fidelity, such as cDNA cloning, and can efficiently amplify high GC templates. PCR products amplified using this product are almost all smooth-ended and can be directly cloned into vectors with smooth ends after phosphorylation.
