The front panel has seven LEDs: PWR indicates power, E1LOS shows an E1 loss alarm, E1SYL signals E1 signal loss, CPLCS indicates optical signal loss, CPSYL signals optical signal loss, and the remaining lights indicate other status conditions.
Check the E1 input cable for continuity, verify that the E1 port is properly connected and balanced, and ensure there are no faults in the coaxial cable or connector.
