PSHI 2312 and PSHI 2317 are intelligent high power IGBT drivers produced by POWER-SEM. They can drive a full range of 1200V and 1700V IGBTs. They can choose half-bridge mode or two single-channel modes. The input can be compatible with CMOS/TTL(HCMOS) levels. Short circuit protection is provided by detecting VCE. In the event of a short circuit, there is a soft shutdown function. Electrical isolation is provided through a transformer (rather than a photocoupler). Undervoltage protection (when the power supply voltage is <13V). Fault memory; fault output level high and low effective optional. In the half-bridge working mode, there is an upper and lower tube interlocking function. A separate switching power supply for the driver is built in. Short pulse suppression function.
