R-protagen ProAUTO Prokaryotic Expression System User Manual

ProAUTO bacterial expression system is suitable for pET series vectors or other IPTG induction vectors to efficiently express recombinant proteins. The expression system is easy to use, especially suitable for routine protein expression in the laboratory, especially for the optimization of high-throughput expression conditions.

About this manual

The ProAUTO system is a complete prokaryotic expression kit that includes buffers, culture media, and reagents for high‑throughput protein production. It supports common hosts such as BL21(DE3) and strains like Rosetta, and works with media including LB, TB, 2xYT and M9.

The manual details how to prepare the three proprietary buffers (10 ml, 50 ml, and 20 ml), formulate culture media, add antibiotics, and carry out expression at 37 °C for 16 hours or longer. Precautions for cell growth phase, temperature control, and downstream protein analysis are also provided. This manual is written in Japanese.
