This document introduces the instructions for using the JMDM RS-485/232 serial control analog system, the software instructions, communication instructions, controller input-output signal instructions, and application cases. The system features overvoltage protection, lightning protection, and standard RS232 serial communication interface.
This manual describes the JMDM‑10DIO10AIO controller, which is powered by AC 18 V or DC 24 V and offers over‑voltage and static protection. It details the wiring of digital and analog inputs/outputs and explains how to connect the controller to a PC or PLC via RS232 or RS485 serial ports.
The accompanying PC software allows monitoring of four digital inputs, control of six digital outputs, observation of eight high‑precision analog inputs and control of two analog outputs. Communication distances are up to 10 m for RS232 and up to 1 km for RS485, supporting up to 255 controllers on a single RS485 bus. This manual is written in Chinese.
