This manual is the datasheet of Microchip PIC12F629/675
The PIC12F629/675 are 8‑pin flash CMOS microcontrollers with a high‑performance RISC CPU that executes 35 instructions. They operate up to 20 MHz, support an internal 4 MHz calibrated oscillator, and work over a wide voltage range of 2.0 V to 5.5 V.
These devices include 1024 words of flash program memory, 64 bytes of data EEPROM, 128 bytes of RAM, and, for the PIC12F675, a 10‑bit ADC with four programmable input channels. Low‑power features provide a standby current of 1 nA at 2 V and typical active currents of 8.5 µA (32 kHz) to 100 µA (1 MHz). This manual is written in Chinese.
