About this manual

BizCN provides a DNS Manager that lets users modify domain information, DNS records, URL forwarding and other settings. The service is available for domains registered with BizCN, virtual‑host customers, or can be purchased separately with different record‑capacity tiers.

The manual explains the purchase process, how to log into the management center, navigate the interface, add A, CNAME and MX records, perform wildcard (泛) and sub‑domain (三级) configurations, and troubleshoot common issues such as DNS propagation delays. This manual is written in Chinese.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the system say the domain's DNS is not controllable after I changed it at the registrar?

If the domain’s DNS was not originally BizCN’s, you must also change the DNS in the BizCN manager to dns.bizcn.com (or dns.cnnsn.net) after updating it with the registrar.

How long does it take for DNS changes to become effective?

First‑time parsing takes about 12 hours; subsequent changes depend on ISP DNS refresh rates, typically 24–48 hours.

Can the DNS Manager perform wildcard (泛) domain parsing?

Yes. In the “Add A record” screen, entering “*” as the host name enables wildcard parsing for the domain.
