Check that the power adapter is correctly connected and the contacts are good; try reconnecting the power.
First, verify that all audio/video cables are properly connected, then make sure the TV input source is set correctly, and finally confirm the box’s output mode matches the selected connection.
Check that the remote’s battery is installed correctly and has sufficient charge; replace the battery if needed and adjust the distance or angle.
Make sure the audio is not muted (press the Mute key to unmute) and verify that the audio cable is properly connected.
