HMC129G8 is a miniature double-balanced mixer in a hermetic surface mount package from Hittite Microwave Corporation. It can be used as an upconverter or downconverter. It is a passive diode/balun type mixer with high dynamic range and can handle larger signal levels than most active mixers.

This document describes the features and functions of the HMC129 GaAs MMIC double-balanced mixer. It is ideal for applications such as microwave and VSAT radios, test equipment, military electronic warfare, ECM, C3I, and space telecommunications. The chip is a miniature double-balanced mixer that can be used as an upconverter or downconverter in the 4 to 8 GHz frequency range. It can be integrated directly into hybrid MICs without DC bias or external baluns, providing an extremely compact mixer. The mixer can operate over a wide LO drive input range of +9 to +15 dBm and performs well as a bi-phase modulator or demodulator.

The HMC128G8 is a miniature double-balanced mixer from Microwave Corporation, with a frequency range of 1.8-5 GHz, high dynamic range, noise figure equal to conversion loss, and can be used for base stations, MMDS, wireless LAN and wireless local loop applications.

The HMC128 is a miniature double-balanced mixer chip from Hittite Microwave Corporation with high dynamic range, small size and no DC bias required. It is ideal for microwave and VSAT radios, test equipment, military EW, ECM, C3I and space telecom

The HMC121G8 is an absorptive voltage variable attenuator provided in a surface-mount hermetic package. It features wide bandwidth (DC - 8 GHz) and low phase shift. It is ideal for designs where an analog control signal must control RF signal levels over a 30 dB amplitude range, such as in AGC circuits and in temperature compensation of multiple gain stages. Applications include military ECM and communications as well as commercial microwave radios and VSAT.

The HMC121C8 is a non-hermetic surface-mount RF voltage variable attenuator suitable for the DC - 10 GHz frequency range. It features wide bandwidth, low phase shift, and simplified voltage control. The device is ideal for designs where an analog DC control signal is used to control RF signal levels within a 25 dB amplitude range.
