Am29LV320MT/B is a 32 Megabit (2 M x 16-Bit/4 M x 8-Bit) MirrorBit 3.0 Volt-only Boot Sector Flash Memory, featuring single power supply operation, SecSi (Secured Silicon) Sector region with permanent, secure identification, flexible sector architecture, and compatibility with JEDEC standards.
This document describes the features and characteristics of Am29LV081 8 Megabit (1 M x 8-Bit) CMOS 3.0 Volt-only Uniform Sector Flash Memory, including optimized architecture, single power supply operation, high performance, ultra-low power consumption, flexible sector architecture, and embedded algorithms.
The Am29F040 is a 4 megabit CMOS flash memory with a 5.0-volt operating voltage. It is characterized by low power consumption, high performance, and erasable sectors.
The Am28F010A is a 1M 8-bit CMOS 12V flash memory from AMD. It features 30 mA maximum active current, 100 µA maximum standby current, 12.0 V ±5% write and erase voltage, 5 seconds typical chip erase, 14 µs typical byte program, and 4 seconds typical chip program.
The TS2PCIE2212 is a PCI Express™ signal switch produced by Texas Instruments that can implement 1:2 multiplexing/demultiplexing of two pairs of PCI Express™ channels and supports a data rate of 2.5 Gbps.
The AT89LS53 is a low-power, wide-voltage range, high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcomputer with 12K bytes of downloadable Flash programmable and erasable read-only memory. The device is manufactured using Atmel's high-density nonvolatile memory technology and is compatible with the industry standard 80C51 instruction set and pinout. The on-chip downloadable Flash allows the program memory to be reprogrammed in-system through an SPI serial interface or by a conventional nonvolatile memory programmer. By combining a versatile 8-bit CPU with downloadable Flash on a monolithic chip, the Atmel AT89LS53 is a powerful microcomputer which provides a highly flexible and cost-effective solution to many embedded control applications.
The AT49F1024 and AT49F1025 are 5-volt-only in-system Flash memories. Their 1 megabit of memory is organized as 65,536 words by 16 bits. Manufactured with Atmel’s advanced nonvolatile CMOS technology, the devices offer access times to 35 ns with power dissipation of just 275 mW over the commercial temperature range. When the device is deselected, the CMOS standby current is less than 100 µA. The only difference between the AT49F1024 and the AT49F1025 is the package. To allow for simple in-system reprogrammability, the AT49F1024/1025 does not require high-input voltages for programming. Five-volt-only commands determine the read/write operations.
