HT46R12A is a 8-bit OTP microcontroller with a working voltage of 2.2V~5.5V. It has up to 17 bidirectional input/output ports, 2 groups of 8-bit programmable timers/counters, 1 group of programmable pulse generator output with a group of 8-bit counter, programmable prescaler, output level can be set high or low. It also has an internal crystal and RC oscillator circuit, a watchdog timer, a 2048×14 program storage ROM, an 88×8 data storage RAM, a PFD function, a HALT and wake-up function, 8 layers of hardware stack, a 4-channel 9-bit resolution A/D converter, two sets of comparators, bit operation instructions, lookup table instructions, 63 instructions, and instruction execution time of 1 or 2 instruction cycles. It also has a low-voltage reset function and a 24-pin SKDIP/SOP package.
