M27C64A is a 64Kbit EPROM offered in the two ranges UV (ultra violet erase) and OTP (one time programmable). It has an access time of 100ns, low power CMOS consumption, programming voltage of 12.5V, high speed programming, etc.

The L6598 is a high voltage resonant controller with features such as high voltage rail, dV/dt immunity, high driver current capability, and fast switching times. It is suitable for AC/DC adapters and resonant topology applications.
