NXP MAC97A8 4Q Triac
Planar passivated very sensitive gate four quadrant triac in a SOT54 plastic package intended to be interfaced directly to microcontrollers, logic integrated circuits and other low power gate trigger circuits.
NXP NX5P1000 power switch
The NX5P1000 is an advanced power switch and ESD- protection device for USB OTG applications. The device includes under voltage and over voltage lockout, over-current, over-temperature, reverse bias and in-rush current protection circuits. These circuits are designed to isolate a VBUS OTG voltage source automatically from a VBUS interface pin when a fault condition occurs. The device features two power switch terminals, one input (VINT) and one output (VBUS). It has a current limit input (I
NXP PCA8885 sensor
PCA8885 is an 8-channel touch sensor chip produced by NXP. It uses EDISEN technology to automatically compensate for static capacitance changes
NXP NX3P191 power switch
The NX3P191 is a high-side load switch which features a low ON resistance P-channel MOSFET. It has input inrush current reduction that supports more than 500 mA of continuous current. It also has an integrated output discharge resistor to discharge the output capacitance when disabled. Designed for operation from 1.1 V to 3.6 V, it is used in power domain isolation applications to reduce power dissipation and extend battery life. The enable logic includes integrated logic level translation

NXP NX3P190 power switch
The NX3P190 is a high-side load switch which features a low ON resistance P-channel MOSFET that supports more than 500 mA of continuous current. Designed for operation from 1.1 V to 3.6 V, it is used in power domain isolation applications to reduce power dissipation and extend battery life. The enable logic includes integrated logic level translation making the device compatible with lower voltage processors and controllers. The NX3P190 is ideal for portable, battery operated applications d
NXP MAC223A6 4Q Triac
Planar passivated four quadrant triac in a SOT78 (T0-220AB) plastic package intended for use in applications requiring high bidirectional transient and blocking voltage capability and high thermal cycling performance.
NXP NX5P2090 power switch
The NX5P2090 is an advanced power switch for USB OTG applications. It includes under-voltage and over-voltage lockout, over-current, over-temperature, reverse bias and in-rush current protection circuits. These are designed to automatically isolate a VBUS OTG voltage source from a VBUS interface pin when a fault occurs. The device features two power switch terminals, one input (VINT) and one output (VBUS); a current limit input (ILIM) for defining the over-current and in-rush current limit;
NXP PCF8885 sensor
The integrated circuit PCF8885 is a capacitive 8-channel touch and proximity sensor that uses a patented (EDISEN) method to detect a change in capacitance on remote sensing plates. Changes in the static capacitances (as opposed to dynamic capacitance changes) are automatically compensated using continuous auto-calibration. Remote sensing plates (for example, conductive foils) can be connected to the IC1 using coaxial cable. The eight input channels operate independently of each other. There is a
NXP NE1617A Temperature monitor
The NE1617A is an accurate two-channel temperature monitor. It measures the temperature of itself and the temperature of a remote sensor. The remote sensor is a diode connected transistor. This can be in the form of either a discrete NPN/PNP, such as the 2N3904/2N3906, or a diode connected PNP built into another die, such as is done on some Intel microprocessors.
NXP PCF8883 sensor
The integrated circuit PCF8883 is a capacitive touch and proximity switch that uses a patented (EDISEN) digital method to detect a change in capacitance on a remote sensing plate. Changes in the static capacitance (as opposed to dynamic capacitance changes) are automatically compensated using continuous auto-calibration. Remote sensing plates (e.g. conductive foil) can be connected directly to the IC1 or remotely using a coaxial cable.
NXP PCT2075 sensor
The PCT2075 also includes an open-drain output (OS) which becomes active when the temperature exceeds the programmed limits. The OS output operates in either of two selectable modes: OS comparator mode or OS interrupt mode. Its active state can be selected as either HIGH or LOW. The fault queue that defines the number of consecutive faults in order to activate the OS output is programmable as well as the set-point limits.
NXP NX2020P1 MOSFET
P-channel enhancement mode Field-Effect Transistor (FET) in a leadless medium power DFN2020MD-6 (SOT1220) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package using Trench MOSFET technology.
