NXP NUR460P diode
Ultrafast power diode in a SOD141 (DO-201AD) axial lead plastic package.
NXP NX5P2924B power switch
The NX5P2924B is a high-side load switch which features a low ON resistance N-channel MOSFET with controlled slew rate that supports 2.5 A of continuous current. Designed for operation from 0.8 V to 5.5 V, it is used in power domain isolation applications to reduce power dissipation and extend battery life. The enable logic includes integrated logic level translation making the device compatible with lower voltage processors and controllers. The NX5P2924B is ideal for portable, battery oper
NXP PCA8886 sensor
This datasheet introduces the basic information of NXP PCA8886 sensor. It is a low power dual channel capacitive proximity switch that uses a patented EDISEN digital method to detect a change in capacitance on remote sensing plates. Static capacitance (i.e. non-dynamic capacitance changes) are automatically compensated by continuous auto-calibration. Remote sensing plates (e.g. conductive foil) can be connected directly to the IC1 or remotely using a coaxial cable.
NXP MAC223A8X 4Q Triac
Planar passivated four quadrant triac in a SOT186A "full pack" plastic package intended for use in applications requiring high bidirectional transient and blocking voltage capability and high thermal cycling performance. Typical applications include motor control, industrial and domestic lighting, heating and static switching.
NXP LPC2377_78 Single-chip
The LPC2377/78 microcontrollers are based on a 16-bit/32-bit ARM7TDMI-S CPU with real-time emulation that combines the microcontroller with 512 kB of embedded high-speed flash memory. A 128-bit wide memory interface and a unique accelerator architecture enable 32-bit code execution at the maximum clock rate. For critical performance in interrupt service routines and DSP algorithms, this increases performance up to 30 % over Thumb mode. For critical code size applications, the alternative 16
