This document introduces KEMET's ceramic chip capacitor products.

The C4B series metallized polypropylene box capacitors are RoHS compliant capacitors for IGBT applications. The series capacitors have a solvent resistant plastic case, flame retardant execution UL94 V0 epoxy resin sealing. The terminals are tinned brass lugs (see figure). The winding is non-inductive type. The series capacitors working temperature range is -40 to +85 °C, storage temperature range is -40 to +95°C.

The document introduces the METALLIZED POLYPROPYLENE MKP C4B series BOX CAPACITORS produced by Arcotronics Industries S.r.l. These capacitors are RoHS compliant and suitable for IGBT applications. PYR 5008 and 7511 resistors are for voltage balancing and/or discharge of electrolytic capacitors. They fit capacitor diameters 50–90 mm and are easy to mount.

BYT51 is a silicon mesa rectifier produced by Vishay Telefunken. It features glass passivated junction, hermetically sealed package and low reverse current.
