The AT26DF321 is a serial interface Flash memory device designed for use in a wide variety of high-volume consumer based applications in which program code is shad- owed from Flash memory into embedded or external RAM for execution. The flexible erase architecture of the AT26DF321, with its erase granularity as small as 4-Kbytes, makes it ideal for data storage as well, eliminating the need for additional data storage EEPROM devices. The physical sectoring and the erase block sizes of the AT26DF321 have been opti- mized to meet various application requirements.

The TS80C31X2 is a ROMless version of the 80C31 compatible, high-performance CMOS single chip 8-bit microcontroller 80C51. The TS80C31X2 retains all the features of the TSC80C31 with 128 bytes of internal RAM, a 5-source, 4-priority level interrupt system, an on-chip oscillator and two timer/counters. In addition, the TS80C31X2 has a dual data pointer, a more versatile serial channel that facilitates multiprocessor communication (EUART) and a X2 speed improvement mechanism. The fully static design of the TS80C31X2 allows to reduce system power consumption by bringing the clock frequency down to any value, even DC, without loss of data. Manufactured with Atmel’s advanced nonvolatile CMOS technology, the device offers access times to 70 ns with power dissipation of just 275 mW over the commercial temperature range. When the device is deselected, the CMOS standby current is less than 100 µA. The device endurance is such that any sector can typically be written to in excess of 10,000 times. To allow for simple in-system reprogrammability, the AT29C010A does not require high input voltages for programming. Five-volt-only commands determine the operation of the device. Reading data out of the device is similar to reading from an EPROM.

TS80C52X2 is a high performance CMOS ROM, OTP, EPROM and ROMless versions of the 80C51 CMOS single chip 8-bit microcontroller.
