This document describes 3M's interconnect solutions, including the 3M™ Round Conductor Flat Cable. The cable has high insulation resistance, unbalanced characteristic impedance, and capacitance. The product is RoHS compliant and does not contain hazardous substances such as lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, or polybrominated diphenyl ethers. The cable is suitable for 300V voltage in the USA and 150V voltage in Canada.

3M Pak 50 Boardmount Plug .050″ Straight and Right Angle, Thru-Hole P50E Series is a product launched by 3M. It has good insulation and fire resistance, and the rated current is 0.5A. The insulation resistance is 103 Ω at 500 VDC, the withstand voltage is 650 VAC for 1 minute, and the working temperature range is -55°C to +85°C. The processing temperature range is 260°C.

3M™ 4-Wall, Tripolarized Header .050″ × .100″ Latch/Ejector, PTH & SMT Straight, PTH Right Angle 810 Series is a circuit board connector produced by 3M company. The product uses black insulating material, high temperature resistant, excellent fire resistance, and the rated current of the product is 0.5A, the insulation resistance is > 1 × 109 Ω at 500 Vdc.

This connector has a glass filled polyester (PBT) insulation material, UL 94V-0 flame resistance, gray color, copper alloy plating contact material, steel plating tin contact material, stainless steel strain relief material, and can accommodate 26 and 28 AWG solid or stranded wire.

Scotch� 27 Glass Cloth Electrical Tape is a woven glass cloth tape designed to operate in applications requiring high mechanical strength and resistance to high temperatures. The glass cloth is specially treated and prepared to providecorrosion free protection. The glass will not shrink, rot or burn and has a high tensile strength. The adhesive is a rubber pressure- sensitive thermosetting system. The tape is designed for continuous use at class ‘‘B’’ (130°C) temperature. Useful applications include a heat-stable insulation for furnace and oven controls, motor leads and switches.
