TDE3247 is a monolithic amplifier designed for high current and high voltage applications, specifically to drive lamps, relays and stepping motors. The device features high output current, adjustable short-circuit protection, internal thermal protection, and a wide supply voltage range.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the VN330SP-32-E quad high side smart power solid state relay, including output current, digital input voltage, shorted load and overtemperature protections, built-in current limiter, undervoltage shut-down, etc.

The VN808CM-E is an eight-channel high side driver. It is designed in STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-3 technology and is intended for driving any type of load with one side connected to ground. It can be driven using a 3.3V logic supply. Active current limiting combined with thermal shutdown and automatic restart protects the device against overload. In overload condition, channel turns OFF and back ON automatically so as to maintain junction temperature between TTSD and TR. If this condition makes case temperature reach TCSD, overloaded channel is turned OFF and will restart only when case temperature has decreased down to TCR(see waveform 3 Figure 6 on page 10). Non overloaded channels continue to operate normally. Device automatically turns OFF in case of ground pin disconnection. This device is especially suitable for industrial applications conform to IEC 61131.

The VN808-E is an octal channel high side driver with VCC/2 compatible input, junction overtemperature protection, thermal independent case overtemperature protection, current limitation, shorted load protection, undervoltage shut-down, protection against loss of ground, very low standby current and compliance to 61000-4-4 IEC test up to 4 kV.
