This document describes the features and characteristics of the ULN2065B, ULN2067B, ULN2069B, and ULN2075B quad Darlington switches, revised in January 2009. These switches are designed to interface logic to high current, high voltage loads. Each Darlington switch can deliver up to 1.5 A, with a minimum breakdown voltage of 80 V and a sustaining voltage of at least 35 V. The ULN2067B and ULN2069B models have integral suppression diodes for inductive loads and common emitters. The ULN2075B features an isolated Darlington pinout and is suitable for emitter follower configurations. The inputs of ULN2065B, ULN2069B, and ULN2075B are compatible with popular 5 V logic families, while the ULN2067B is compatible with 6-15 V CMOS and PMOS. The ULN2069B model includes a pre-driver stage to reduce loading on the control logic.
