The L6376 is a monolithic quad intelligent power switch with four independent outputs and a current limit of 0.5A. It is built using multipower BCD technology and is designed for driving inductive, capacitive, or resistive loads. The device features extensive electrical protections and is suitable for general purpose industrial applications.

The L6370 is an industrial intelligent power switch with features including 2.5A output current, 9.5V to 35V supply voltage range, internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, open ground protection, etc.

The TD310 is a driver designed to drive one, two or three power IGBT/MOS and pulse transformer. It includes a current sense comparator which can disable the output drivers in case of overcurrent and signal the event to a controller through an alarm output. Additionally, the TD310 includes an uncommitted op-amp which can be used for current measurement or other general purposes. Programmable undervoltage lockout and standby mode make the TD310 suitable for various environments and applications.

ULN2001, ULN2002, ULN2003, and ULN2004 are high voltage, high current Darlington arrays, each containing seven open collector Darlington pairs with common emitters. Each channel is rated at 500 mA and can withstand peak currents of 600 mA. Suppression diodes are included for inductive load driving, and the inputs are pinned opposite the outputs to simplify board layout. These versatile devices are useful for driving a wide range of loads, including solenoids, relays, DC motors, LED displays, filament lamps, thermal printheads, and high power buffers.

The ST75185C is a single-chip solution with multiple RS-232 drivers and receivers. It meets and exceeds the requirements of EIA/TIA-232-E and ITU V.28 standards, and is designed to support data rates up to 120 kbps.

ST232B and ST232C are 5V powered multi-channel RS-232 drivers and receivers. The features include a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V, a supply current of 5mA with no load, a transmitter output voltage swing of ±7.8V, controlled output slew rate, a receiver input voltage range of ±30V, a data rate of 220kbps, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C or 0°C to 70°C.

L6452 is a chip designed by ST to drive two 13x16 matrix ink jet print heads in printer applications. The output stage is able to source simultaneously 400 mA on each of the 16 power lines (columns) with a duty cycle of 33% in normal printing and 66% in head pre-heating. On the address lines (rows), the load is only capacitive (MOS FET driving capability). The driver can control two print heads, but only one is active at a time. The address scanning counter is included and can be disabled to allow a different scanning scheme. In order to avoid output activation during the supply transient, an internal power-up system is implemented. As supporting function, L6452 is capable of sensing the head silicon temperature and to electrically check each nozzle. The device is also integrating a thermal protection.

ST232AB/AC is a very high-speed, ultra-low power consumption 5V powered RS-232 drivers and receivers. Its features include a supply voltage range of 4.5 to 5.5V, no-load supply current of 1.5mA, transmitter output voltage swing of ±9V, transition slew rate of 12V/μs, receiver propagation delay of 0.1μs, receiver input voltage range of ±30V, and data rate of 400kbps/s.

The ST202E/ST232E are a 2 driver 2 receiver devices designed for RS-232 and V.28 communications in harsh environments. Each transmitter output and receiver input is protected against ± 15 kV electrostatic discharge (ESD) shocks. The drivers meet all EIA/TIA-232E and CCITT V.28 specifications at data rates up to 230 kbps, when loaded in accordance with the EIA/TIA-232E specification. The ST202E/232E use a single 5 V supply voltage. The ST232E operates with four 1 µF capacitors, while the ST202E operates with four 0.1 µF capacitors, further reducing cost and board space.

ST26C31B is a quad differential line driver designed by ST company for digital data transmission over balanced lines. It supports TTL or CMOS input, with a typical propagation delay of 6ns and a typical output skew of 0.5ns.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the ST207EB and ST207EC 5 V RS-232 transceivers, including ±15 kV ESD protection for RS-232 I/O pins, 230kbps data rate, guaranteed minimum slew rate of 3 V/ms, and operation from a single 5 V power supply. The STLVD111 is a programmable low voltage 1:10 differential LVDS clock driver with 100ps part-to-part skew and 50ps bank skew. It features a differential design that meets LVDS specifications for driver outputs and receiver inputs. The driver has a reference voltage available output VBB, a low voltage VCC range of 2.375V to 2.625V, high signalling rate capability (exceeds 622MHz), support for open, short and terminated input fail-safe (low output state), and programmable drivers power off control.
