BD45XXXG BD46XXXG are series of high-accuracy detection voltage and low current consumption VOLTAGE DETECTOR ICs adopting CMOS process. New lineup of 156 types with delay time circuit have developed. Delay time is fixed in the IC due to the built-in counter timer to require no external capacitor. Total 156 types of VOLTAGE DETECTOR ICs including BD45XXXG series (Nch open drain output) and BD46XXXG series (CMOS output), each of which has 26 kinds in every 0.1V step (2.3~4.8V) and three kinds of delay time (50msec, 100msec, 200msec) have developed.

RN142G is a Schottky diode produced by ROHM. It has the characteristics of high frequency, low capacity, and small size.

BA7631 / BA7631F are audio-switching ICs for decoders for scrambled pay channels used in France and other countries. The ICs include a five-input multiplexer, a four-input multiplexer and a two-input multiplexer, and allow decoder audio switching to be done with a single IC. When used in combination with the BA7630S common logic control can be used for audio and video switching.

The BA9708K is a 3-channel switching regulator that uses a pulse width modulation (PWM) system and can directly drive all channel PNP transistors.

BC847B / BC847C is an NPN general purpose transistor with low voltage and low current characteristics. The features of this product include BVCEO < 45V (IC=1mA) and complementarity with BC857B. The package type is SST3.

BH3857AFV is a signal-processing IC for controlling audio quality in CD radio-cassette players and mini-component stereo systems. Three-line serial control is available making it easy to adjust tone and volume using a microprocessor.
